My Professional Journey

Early Career: My professional journey began as a dedicated holistic medicine practitioner specializing in Ayurveda after completing a rigorous 5.5-year Bachelor's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine in India. After completing my internship at state government hospitals, I joined a social organization, "Voice of Ayurveda," where I intensely studied the systemic challenges faced by alternative health practices in the most populous state of the most populated country.

Driven by a desire to effect change, I undertook extensive self-study of government regulations and the rulings of various Indian courts, including the Supreme Court. This effort empowered me to contribute meaningfully to the organization, helping draft and present critical amendments to the "United Provinces Act 1939," the state’s registration and licensing act. Through this work, I aimed to safeguard and elevate the status of Ayurvedic practitioners, addressing key regulatory gaps.

Driven by the early popularity of Facebook, I embarked on a transformative journey into technology, completing a Master’s in Computer Applications and working across various areas of software development, including development, automation, business leadership, IT leadership, and Agile leadership. My journey began with a part-time boot camp where I mastered PHP, MySQL, CPanel, and WordPress, marking a 180-degree shift from my previous work in social healthcare activism—a field in which I continued contributing part-time.

With over 15 years of experience, I blend technical expertise with agile leadership to drive organizational transformation and foster collaboration. I am passionate about leveraging my diverse background to lead teams and innovate within the dynamic IT landscape.
